RPAC does not offer refunds for ticket purchases under any circumstance (including mistakes).
However, If your purchased ticket is at least 24 hours away,
you may exchange it to a different showtime.

Accessibility
Timbre Theatre (3274 Bechelli)
Seats A1 and A21 are reserved at all shows for patrons who must remain in their own wheelchairs
Additionally, all other Row A seats are ground-level and accessible for patrons able to transfer into our seats. Walkers, and mobility scooters will need to be stowed out of the aisle.
The Box (3290 Bechelli)
Due to the nature of this flexible “black box” space, each show may be configured differently, but the front row will always be accessible and any chair may be removed for patrons who wish to remain in their own wheelchair.
Both venues have accessible parking and restrooms.

Group Sales
For Camps, Rentals, and Co-produced events:

For Educational Theatre shows:
We offer special field trip only performances for some shows.
Tickets to these special performances are available to qualified schools and organizations at a very generous cost per attendee.
School show tickets must be paid in advance in a single transaction and are not refundable or exchangeable once paid even if you cannot attend.
For MainStage shows:
We offer a Group sales discount of 10% when purchasing
10 or more tickets for a single showtime.
Group tickets must be paid in advance in a single transaction and are not refundable or exchangeable once paid even if you cannot attend.
Group Sales Tickets will be invoiced to your organization and may be paid by card, business or organization check, or PO. Please let us know if a w9 will be required when placing your order.
