Chris Lightle
Chris Lightle serves as Operations Director at Redding Performing Arts Center, helping oversee the day-to-day operations, technology, facilities, concessions, outside artist bookings, and venue rentals at RPAC. He is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every student, artist, family, and community member feels valued, supported, and free to be themselves. Chris believes the performing arts should be a place where people from all backgrounds and of all physical abilities can find community, build confidence, and feel a genuine sense of belonging.
Chris also enjoys performing onstage and has appeared in a number of RPAC productions, including Anthony Hope in Sweeney Todd, Lord Evelyn Oakleigh in Anything Goes, the Waiter in She Loves Me, and Fred Narracott in And Then There Were None.
